Our Identity

Pastor Dr. C. Walter Winterle, born in 1950 in Santa Cruz do Sul, RS, Brazil, was called to serve Saint Thomas Congregation in 2010. He is married to Lidia, and they have three children -
• Léo Cristiano Winterle, married to Ana Carolina Boelter Winterle
• Tatiana Winterle Von Mühlen, married to Dickson von Muehlen
• Paulo Henrique Winterle, married to Flávia Roveda Severgnini Winterle
and 6 grandchildren (Martin Winterle (died on 22 November 2009), Henrique Winterle von Mühlen, Lea Sophia Winterle, Lucas Severgnini Winterle, Júlia Winterle von Muehlen and Luis Carlos Winterle).

The Winterle family live in 10 Van Gogh Street, Panorama.

Academic Qualifications
Pastor Winterle graduated from the Concordia Seminary, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, on 3 December 1972 and was ordained on 1 January 1973. He has obtained the following degrees/diplomas:
• Several Winter Courses (STM) at the Concordia Seminary, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil
• 2000 - Doctor Honoris Causa - Concordia University, Austin, Texas, USA - Doctor of Laws - (L.L.D.)
